Water Snake
Snakes seem to be those perfect examples of reptiles that have learnt the art of adaptability very well, they have been living on this planet even before us and now with us. The reason why they are the perfect e.g. of those animals and reptiles that have perfect adaptability is because they seem to be everywhere and anywhere. They are usually residing in every part of this planet be it the ocean or the deep seas or the dry desert or the high hills and valley and even the highest mountain range such as the Ravalli or the Himalayas.
They have been living even in the oceans and the deep seas and these snakes are very venomous and toxic compared to the other counterparts that are living on the land. This is because the fishes seem to be very fast compared to the dears or the rats that the snakes on the land usually hunt or prey upon.
There are different water snakes that are available in these oceans and seas, some of them are the strokes sea snake and the northern water snake. There are even some other rattle snakes such as the eastern diamond back that have adapted themselves to the seas and the oceans and have migrated from the deserts to the deep seas.
Snakes are excellent swimmers and they are perfect to swim in those oceans without much difficulty and without any issues. They have also adapted their body structure in such a way that, so as to equip themselves with great speed and agility, so as to prey upon their fish and other crabs and shells.
There are others reptiles that have evolved themselves to other reptiles such as the eels, which include both the electric eel and the general one. These are some reptiles that have migrated from the land to water and they live their entire lives in it, while there are other snakes that can live both on land and in water.
Snakes have better evolved as compared to fishes for they can stay without water for quite some time and they don’t die immediately when removed out of water. Now this is what the fishes can do, none of them. This is the reason why snakes are the perfect e.g. of adaptive reptiles as said above, as compared to other reptiles and animals.
